Charles J. Pybus, DDS is a local dentist who was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. Dr. Pybus attended Amarillo College and graduated from West Texas State University. He went on to attend and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas and graduated with his degree as a Doctor of Dental Science in 1983. Since that time Dr. Pybus has sought out ways to advance his skills through continuing education and bring excellence to his practice. Because of his interest in advancement, Dr. Pybus pursued and received his Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry in August 2001, which is the highest honor a general dentist can receive. He continues to seek out continuing education in order to remain on the cutting edge of dental technology and provide his practice with the very best quality of dentistry available. Dr. Pybus is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Panhandle District Dental Association, and the Implant Prostodontic section of the ICOI, the College of Oral Implantology, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Pybus is married to Jade Konis Pybus and they have three children. Dr. Pybus has an avid love of world history and the Dallas Cowboys. His love for Amarillo, his family, and friends has inspired him to lead his team in raising and donating thousands of dollars each year to local charities during his annual whitening fundraiser. Other interests include researching the genealogy of his family and gaining and sharing knowledge of World War II.
