We have made and will continue to make every effort to keep down the cost of our dental care. Our policy is that payment is due at the time services are rendered. We are sensitive to the fact that some patients may not be able to pay cash for their future treatment: therefore, we do offer several alternative payment programs for your convenience. Although insurance coverage may be involoved, payment options are the same.
We are happy to file your insurance claim for you or to help you file your claim provided your coverage is with a fee-for-service insurance company and all insurance information is presented to our office. We do accept assignment of benefits in most cases but our relationship is with you, our patient, and not with your insurance company. The balance for services rendered by our office ultimately belongs to you regardless of your estimated insurance benefits. Your estimated portion will be expected at time of service.
